I normally take the Sparkle's Skin Boost Plus collagen but decided to try the Advanced 4 in 1 Boost and I just finished the entire package to do a proper review for this product. It is pricey but you get what you paid for. When it comes to health supplements, I always gravitate to registered trademark vitamins and ingredients because they are high quality. For the Skin Boost Plus, it's 1 tbsp and I assumed it was the same for the Advanced 4 in 1 Boost but I didn't read the description thoroughly. This product serving is 3 tbsp and I started to regret I selected the unflavored version because just 1 tbsp of the Skin Boost Plus does have a detectable taste in coffee. My best method to conceal the taste of the flavorless powder is putting it in my overnight oats because it dissolves easier and I did that for 30 days straight. My skin does look great with Sparkle collagen products but I really notice how it impacts my athletic performace and recovery. I'm in my early 40s and an active snowboarder who enjoys hitting the park. In the past, I've praised the Skin Boost Plus for knee recovery after a day of snowboardring. I am now praising the Advance 4 in 1 Boost for accident recoveries. I recently took a nasty snowboarding fall. While attempting a high-jump 360 trick, I caught an edge, ending up doing an unexpected 180, fell backwards, impacted my upper back, and smacked my head back on the ground. Even though I was wearing a helmet and got back up, I knew I would feel the pain the next day. And indeed, the pain was excruciating the next few days. I've had a fall like this before and it took over a week to feel back to normal with a heating pad and care. However, while on Advanced 4 in 1 Boost, I was feeling so much better on day 3 after the fall. Once again, Sparkle has saved my life for athletic performance and recovery and I forget that the purpose is for skin benefits. I’ve been using the “skin boost plus” version from this brand for several months now, and I am extremely happy with the results. I have some joint pain which is my main reason for wanting this supplement, so if I’m lucky enough to catch it in the vine program I just grab it as fast as I can. When I grabbed this brand, I had no idea the goldmine I got my hands on at first. It wasn’t until a few months later when I kept getting compliments on my skin and complexion that I realized how beneficial this was. My skin has never looked this good, and I’m 50! This is the skin I longed for in my 20s and 30s. I don’t need any makeup - FINALLY. A literal dream come true. So when I saw they had another formula with all the same great ingredients, along with fortibone, fortigel, and tendoforte, I was ECSTATIC that I was able to get it. At this price, this is my only hope of getting my hands on this excellent product. It’s only been a week, so I can’t comment on what the new ingredients are doing for me, but I can say that the other ingredients that I’ve been using have absolutely made a difference for me with skin and joints. I got the unflavored option so I can mix it with whatever I want and the tastes won’t clash. It’s easy to mix and each serving has 16 grams of protein! I mix it with my coffee and it keeps me satiated until lunch time. The price is steep, but if I wanted something I know will be beneficial for my skin and joints and could swing it, I’d absolutely get this brand for rest of my life. Read more
