This is my go-to SCUBA diving coat. The arms are loose enough that I can get into the coat with my wetsuit, even when the wetsuit and the coat are wet from multiple dives. The coat with the hood does a great job of blocking the wind and the spray for that sometimes cold trip back on the boat after a dive. I’m a 5’3/135 lb adult woman and I bought XXS. I don’t want my hands covered and this is the perfect arm length. It’s definitely more fitted, but I can make it work with the 2 way zipper. If you have wide hips, size up. I can sit with it zipped all the way and walk without being restricted, but anyone else bigger than me will have issues. The lining is fleece and seems decent.
