I’ve been relying on the SPF 50 Sunscreen Spray for Face and Body—the lightweight, waterproof, travel-size, reef-safe formula—for weeks now during outdoor runs, beach days, and daily errands, and it has quickly earned a spot in my everyday routine as a reliable, no-fuss sun protectant that actually lives up to its promises. This spray is designed as a hybrid for both face and body, dispensing as a super-fine, continuous mist from a compact 3-4 oz bottle that’s TSA-friendly and slips easily into gym bags, purses, or carry-ons without taking up space. The broad-spectrum SPF 50 shields against UVA/UVB rays effectively, and being reef-safe (free of oxybenzone and octinoxate), it aligns perfectly with eco-conscious choices for ocean swims or lake dips without harming marine life. Application is where it shines brightest—it’s truly lightweight and non-greasy, absorbing in seconds with zero white cast, even on my medium skin tone, thanks to the sheer, dry-touch formula that feels more like a refreshing mist than heavy lotion. You simply shake well, hold 6-8 inches away, and spritz generously over clean skin; it dries clear and matte, layering seamlessly under makeup for face use or over clothes for body coverage without stickiness or pilling. The continuous spray nozzle makes it effortless to coat tricky spots like the back of legs, neck, or hairline—no rubbing required, which is a huge win for sensitive skin prone to irritation. Reapplication every 80 minutes in water or sweat is straightforward, and the waterproofing holds strong through 45-minute ocean swims or sweaty hikes, never stinging eyes or running into brows. Performance-wise, it delivers impressive protection without compromise. My skin stayed shielded during full-day beach exposure—no burns, redness, or peeling—and the non-comedogenic blend of zinc oxide and chemical filters didn’t clog pores or trigger breakouts on my combination face. It’s fragrance-free with a barely-there feel, avoiding that chemical sunscreen smell, and the reef-safe mineral actives make it family-friendly for kids too. Travel size means I never forget it, and the quick-dry nature prevents wet clothes or towel stains post-swim. Comfort stands out too—the formula is hypoallergenic and paraben-free, sitting lightly without greasiness or tackiness, even in humid 90°F heat. It plays nice with other products: moisturizers underneath, serums after, or even bug spray layered on top. Durability is solid; the bottle doesn’t leak in checked bags, and the spray remains even after jostling. One small note: on very dry skin, it might feel slightly powdery if not prepped with lotion, but a quick moisturizer fixes that. Coverage requires 6-8 sprays per area for full SPF efficacy, so don’t skimp. Overall, this SPF 50 Sunscreen Spray nails lightweight convenience, waterproof reliability, and reef-safe ethics in a portable package—perfect for active lifestyles, vacations, or daily defense. It outperforms bulkier lotions in ease and feel, keeping skin protected and comfortable without residue or fuss. A must for sun lovers who hate greasy screens—I’ve already stocked up for summer. This SPF 50 sunscreen spray is very easy to use, especially for quick application on both face and body. The spray format makes it convenient and mess free, and the travel size is great for keeping in your bag. It does have a slightly oily texture after applying, so keep that in mind if you prefer a completely matte finish. However, it spreads easily and feels lightweight overall. Good option for on the go sun protection, especially if you like spray sunscreens. Read more

I ordered this to keep in my car and I seriously love it. It seems like it's kind of off brand- I wasn't sure what to expect from it... but it works really well. The mist is super lightweight and it dries really fast, it doesn't make my skin dry or white and it definitely works well. I was out in full sun all afternoon on vacation and I didn't burn, I used it on my face and my arms and I didn't have to reapply for hours. I'd say it's standard size bottle not a travel size I expected it to be a lot smaller when I read that but it's close to a full size bottle. I love that it doesn't smell like super strong coconuts come and I'll definitely be repurchasing again because it's so quick and easy to throw in a backpack or to keep in your car. Way better than a lot of the drugstore brands. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Operating the spray is not easy. There are instructions on the plastic wrap that says it the button under the orange ring must be pressed fully. What it doesn’t explain is the spray comes out of the orange ring. It’s the first sunscreen I’ve ever used that has a mixing ball in its can. The can is small and good for travel. It doesn’t spray easily and on my second use, the button essentially stopped working no matter how hard I pressed it. There isn’t much scent to it which is nice. It doesn’t spray easily seem to have some waterproof protection as the water beaded on my skin after I applied it. SPF is debatable. I’d lean toward it not working. Read more

I live in the south and use sunscreen all year, so I've been putting this sunscreen from Datansun to good use. The mist comes out in a nice, even spray to provide full coverage. The scent reminds me of my skincare - it doesn't have a "traditional" sunscreen aroma. I love the 50 spf. The description states that this product is travel sized, but it's actually a pretty standard size. I do think, however, that it is more travel friendly thanks to the loop on the nozzle. You can hang it from a clip or carabiner on a fanny pack, backpack, etc. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I am reviewing the spf sunscreen spray for face/body. This sunscreen container is a unique design and gives are nice spray area. The sunscreen comes out in a fine mist. I did not have any leaking while using it. This is a travel size container and is small. 150 ml is equal to 5 ounces. There is a bead in it for shaking. When you shake it, it sounds like a paint can, maybe not as loud. It is 15 degrees here today, so I am unable to test its ability to block the sun. I can not attest to its waterproof ability either. The video shows how it disperses from the can. It has a pleasant sunscreen smell. There is no expiration date on the can. Read more

This sunscreen spray goes on evenly and dries very quickly. It doesn't feel oily on my skin. The package is an unusual design with the spray that comes out of the round loop on the top of the container. The scent is quite light, unlike some sunscreens and that might be my favorite part. Read more
