Like clown makeup
OMG, I had to wash this off and go back to my regular chemical sunscreen. These "natural" sunscreens physically reflect the sun using zinc oxide or derivatives of mica. They are very effective, but on my skin ( I'm Caucasian, blonde ) it looks like clown makeup, and doesn't rub in well enough to make much difference. Mrs Doubtfire comes to mind. Almost that bad. There were many positive reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try. Nope. Can't use it. I'd like to be "reef friendly" , but not like this. Read more

My family has used this sunscreen for over 10 years. I have 2 redheads and they don't burn! My redheaded husband actually tans! We won't use anything else! It also comes in other SPF's. I use the 4 and my family uses 8. Read more

Melts & drips off. Then we burned
I wanted to like this because I’m trying to be good to the environment but also use chemical free sunscreen. But this sunscreen drips and melts off pretty quickly when you’re in the sun. It was kind of a mess and then our skin burned. Read more
