I love wild rice!
This stuff is wonderful. Like all wild rice, it takes time to simmer (1 cup rice and 2 cups water). Great, nutty flavor , and it absorbs the seasonings you simmer with it. Read more

I use Minnesota wild rice in some of our favorite meals for years. Just found a new recipe for chicken and wild rice soup (although I’m substituting leftover turkey) and I think that will be the last of my bag of wild rice. I will be ordering this product again… Read more

Delicious. You'll have to look online as to how to properly cook it. Some folks soak the grains in cold water for 30-60 min. before putting it into boiling water. Some suggest roasting them first in a skillet with a little oil to help bring out the nutty flavor. Nearly everyone suggests washing the grains first in a strainer using cold water. Item was a hit at Thanksgiving. Read more
