Color matters. Softer than the black one.

After a year or so of using a spinefitter at physical therapy, I decided to buy one even though the cost is off-putting for what it is. I ordered a green one because it was on sale and I didn’t care about the color. It turns out, however, that the material the green one is made out of is a lot softer than the black one I’ve used at PT. It doesn’t quite give the same stretch which is highly disappointing and the reason for three stars versus five. Positives are that it will stretch your neck and your back at the same time. Also moving certain ways while laying on it will work on sore spots in the shoulders and lower back. It is helpful, but I would recommend getting the black one. Read more
