I was brimming with excitement upon receiving my $100 split top king sheet set, eagerly anticipating the comfort and elegance it would add to my bedroom. Initially, the sheets impressed me with their softness and apparent sturdiness—a promising start. After carefully unpacking, washing, and drying them, I was ready to enjoy the fruits of my investment. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. As I was making the bed, I discovered a small slit on the lower left side of the sheet. Upon further inspection, another slit was found at the top right of the top sheet. Such flaws were not what I expected from a product at this price point. Seeking resolution, I contacted customer service, hoping for an understanding and straightforward solution. Ideally, a new set would be dispatched to me while I could keep the defective one, minimizing inconvenience and demonstrating trust in their customers. Unfortunately, the reality was far from this expectation. I was instructed to return the damaged set—meaning I had to strip my bed, repackage the sheets, and take them to USPS for return. This process not only added unnecessary hassle but also disappointment in a brand I had hoped to trust. The quality assurance of this product seems questionable, suggesting a likelihood of encountering defects in potentially one out of every five sets. Given the lack of accommodating customer service and the inconvenience of their return process, my recommendation is to pass on this product. A potentially isolated incident turned into a significant ordeal due to the company's handling, leaving me to caution potential buyers about investing in these sheets. A more customer-friendly approach could have salvaged this experience, earning a much higher rating despite the initial issue. Read more
