Pumpkin w/ ghost: So cute! I got this for my nephew who just turned 2, for Halloween. The ghost is sewn in by a thread on the top and bottom. I figured my nephew would have more fun being able to take the ghost out and put him back in, so I cut the strings. Very glad I cut the strings. My nephew has been obsessed taking the ghost out and carrying him around for a while, then returning the ghost to the pumpkin, then doing it all over again. I appreciate it came w/ a Halloween bag. I used that as the gift bag to give the pumpkin w/ ghost and other Halloween toys in. Very convenient. And now my nephew has put 2 new words into his vocabulary, he keeps saying “Spooooky ghost”, even though it comes out more like “ooooo-k-e ghost”, but he is getting there! Some caution: The ghost does have some of that beanie baby inside material (the beads) in his bottom. I gave a heads up to his parents about it. But the ghost seems well made and like it can’t be easily opened. (And my nephew is past the stage of putting everything in his mouth, so the risk is low) . I got this cute little pumpkin/ghost toy for my kids boo baskets. My kids are obsessed with 'ghosties' right now so when I saw this I knew it would be super cute to get for my kids. I'm making boo baskets for them so they'll be pleasantly surprised when they see this. Can't wait to see their faces. This is a very nice canvas shopping bag, along with a plush. I'm not sure why they are sold together, except that they are Halloween themed, but that's not a problem. The bag is great for trick-or-treating, but would also be good for light or maybe medium use for groceries (like many mass-produced canvas bags, I don't think I'd use it for very heavy items). The plus ghost within a pumpkin is also very cute as an extra gift. It doesn't really have a use, besides as a toy or seasonal decoration of some sort. My one concern is value. The price of this item has varied since I bought it. It's pretty borderline, at its current price, but it's hard to say what the value proposition is in the future, if it goes up or down. I like to give my son something for Halloween, and this was a cute thing to put everything into.
