Okay, so this is the best one I’ve used. Dissolves completely, zero taste, soooo many aminos, vitamins etc in it. Low calorie & has protein. I do love the Sports Research brand for most of my supplements, but i highly recommend this brand for collagen. Has grown my hair & nails so much faster than others. Great amount for the price & quality. I’ve repurchased 6 times. HOWEVER, if you aren’t going to be consistent- no collagen is going to make a difference so actually use it if you’re going to buy it & want results. If hair thinning is something that you are really concerned about- use with nutrafol. I’m a licensed cosmetologist who unfortunately suffers from lupus so I’m combating hair loss from medication & health issues in general. It works.
