It’s great for the price point. Instructions aren’t too hard to follow. The quality is reasonable due to the price. I wish it was a tiny bit taller but I’m 6’1 and can still make it work. There is a little wobble with the bar dips. Probably will put a piece of rubber in there tbh. I don’t know if I can trust the weight holders but so far they’re holding with 3 plates. The Olympic bar holder is in the way of the lower right weight plate holder but it’s manageable. Wondering about the cable will manage over time with the weights on it but we shall see. So far I’m very happy and those are my only criticisms. Build time: I did it by myself and had a ratchet. two times I put a bar facing the wrong way or the wrong side. It took me 2 hours and 30 minutes solo. I timed it. Closer to 2 hours since I did stop to set up music and clean up. If you plan to have a set of plates AND a set of bumper plates. Do yourself a favor and get another rack for the weights. There isn't enough room for two full sets. I fit six metal 45 plates on it with bumpers that are 2-45, 2-35, 2-25, 2-15, 2-10 bumper paltes. My 45 bumper plates sit on the side of the floor. everything else is crammed on. This is budget friendly and overall worth it. If you cant make it work, yet want this price, then it may be a hard truth its a you problem. I put off using this thing for way too long, but actually put it in practice and it is just fine now. Bench back squats power cleans, then i do my pull ups push ups, bent rows, lat pull downs, use the land mine, seated rows, you name it. I am going to use it for incline bench but haven't tried it yet. I see a lot of people want some crazy commercial ready gym but there's a reason the others are FIVE times the price minimum to get to this. If the cables die out on me, I will just replace them and buy a wire crimping tool to cut it and clamp it down. Its that easy. If you're truly worried about something breaking, it is so straight forward to fix. I am 240 6'1, I feel the bars and everything is stable. I don't feel like the cage will ever move or knock over. There really isn't a way to lock it down as there is a bar up front that keeps you from screwing it into the wall. So if you wanted to lock it down, you may need something on top pushing down but its so unrealistic to knock it over. Read more

The manufacturer reached out before it even shipped and told me exactly what to expect, showing they are dedicated to a great customer experience. I was looking for something that would allow me to do more workouts at home instead of going to the gym and this product does that. The listed weight capacity is 1200 pounds. I don’t honestly think it would withstand a drop of 1200 pounds from any kind of height but if you’re lifting that much you’re a silver back gorilla and can’t read this anyways. I have the shuttle loaded with bumper plates right now - a 45, a 35, a 25, and a 15 on each side and that’s the limit in terms of width. The shuttle runs really smooth and all the attachments are better quality than what I expected. The J-hooks, for example, look small and maybe a little cheap in the pictures on Amazon but they are actually pretty sturdy and well built. The included single handed grips are made with a thin webbed material so probably won’t handle a lot of abuse but you can generally find aftermarket handles for a decent price. The included hooks are great for storing all the attachments I already had. I don’t like the placement of the top weight plate storage because it gets in the way when bench pressing but at this price I’m not too upset about that. I think it would be nice if they had more places where you could mount the plate storage so you could customize it better. At the end of the day, I got a well made, sturdy power rack that I can use in my own home and reduce the trips I’m taking to the gym. Fantastic power cage for the price!!! With two people and a ratchet, it took us about 4 hours to build. The instructions were easy to read and the nuts and bolts were all organized by instruction step. The quality is really great for being so comparably cheap. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the pull-up bar has already sunk into the top metal frame from being used, and we didn’t even tighten those bolts all of the way. There also isn’t a whole lot of room for plates, but we are mounting more space on the wall behind the machine. We’ve added a 45lbs bar + 260lbs plates + a bench and we can do literally anything with this cage now. The attachments are perfect for beginning the home gym journey. My husband and I have used this cage multiple times a day for about a week now and it’s perfect for us to reach our goals. We love the extra extenders that come with the attachments to adjust the pull-length for my tall husband, and we are comfortable training on this machine. It feels like it’s good quality. The landmine is probably my husbands favorite feature of this entire setup. I will update the review if anything major happens, but we are soooo happy with this purchase so far!!!
