First time building a spotless system, these filters worked great, got to 0 ppm within the first minute of running water through them. Just wish SWS sold the centering rings on Amazon too. Read more

Had it for just over a month I plugged it in and the resin started coming out. Of the the cartridges broke and customer service is no help all the money I spent for the dic-20 is a waste. Not buying again and they lost a customer. Read more
The system works great for rinsing my RV! We have a large RV and with this system i don't have to worry about water spots on the finish. We live in the country and have well water for our water supply. Mineral spots have always been a problem for washing cars and our RV. The system leaves no spots and makes it so much easier to clean and it's a walk away after we rinse our vehicles. Read more

I have ordered four of these this past year. They seem to last for about six to seven good washes. I have learned that a gallon per minute flow meter, kept at 2.5 gallons per minute along with an RV in line water filter helps a lot and makes it work much better Read more
