I was thinking I could work out at home more. Several YT videos said pull-ups were great for overall health and strength. Grip strength. So I ordered this. Came right quickly. I'm sure it works great -- but it's still sitting in the box it came in. I need to get it out, attach it to the door frame, and try it out. Next Monday I'm getting at it. Read more
Good pull bar easy to assemble and remove. Multiple functions/grips. Good price and value for the money. I weight around 205lbs and it was sturdy and safe Read more
Got this to add variety to my home workouts, and it’s been a great purchase. It fits securely on our standard door frame and hasn’t slipped at all just make sure the molding is strong. The different grip options make it versatile for pull-ups, leg raises, and even push-ups off the ground. It supports my weight without wobbling, and the padded grips are comfortable. It did require a bit of pressure to fit the first time, but once it’s in place, it’s solid. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to build upper body strength at home without drilling into walls. Read more

Doesnt fit my doorways. I live in a house built in the early 1900s. The top trim is 6in and this pull up bar doenst hook over it, so it just slides down. Useless. All they need to do is write a sentance stating that it wont work on doors with trim larger than 4". Read more
The product itself has potential, but my unit arrived with broken plastic parts due to damaged packaging. It fits standard Chilean doors, but not very well — I don’t fully trust it to support my weight, and after one slip and a minor injury, I had to modify the door frame for safety. The grip quality is fine, and the functionality is solid when installed properly, but the comfort and confidence while using it on a door where I live aren’t ideal. The screws and frame design could also scratch the floor if not handled carefully. But if build properly, the bar is solid. It won't break mid excersice. It's a decent piece of equipment for upper body work, but it’s not fully adaptable or beginner-friendly, and the build could be improved. Good value for the price, but with clear limitations. This only takes a few minutes to screw together each of the pieces, no tools needed. It feels very sturdy and I've never had it slip off the door frame or anything. The handles are pretty comfy to grip and I like how they have the multiple grip options. I have also used it for pushups and sit ups like how they have demonstrated and it works well for those too. I haven't noticed any paint chips or scratches to the wall when I take this down, but I haven't gotten up to look at where it's resting on the door frame. Read more
