Rebuilding from injury. But product is Durable, can I increase resistance by double or triple band. I’m tall and it is adequate to work with stretches sitting, standing and full stretches. I am an apartment manager and wanted to get something for our apartment gym that would be durable and provide light assistance for doing pull-ups and dips. This was perfect. I looked at many other websites that sell bands to Crossfit gyms and those bands are much more expensive. This is the same material and quality of band that you would see at a Crossfit gym but at a very reasonable price. This is a really light band though, and would serve as a final step down prior to doing unassisted pull-ups. Also, it is not a well suited to mobility work as a heavier band. Read more

I got the green, red, blue, and orange bands mainly to use for assisted pull-ups. They came in nice boxes, individually packaged, and appear to be of high quality. Used regularly in my garage gym for several months now, and no issues so far. Read more
I'm working up to doing full pull ups. I was using a heavier band and worked my way down to this band for assisted pull ups and chin ups. It helps about 20 pounds at the bottom of my pull up and a little less at the top. Depending on your current strength/weight this probably wouldn't be a good starting band for pull ups. Read more
