I had one of these as a kid and sorry I ever gave it away. Now I let this stay in the living room at home and even my daughter likes to pick it up and play with it. Every extra fitness accessory around helps the little ones find exercise fun, like me. The power level is easily adjusted and the addition of handles and foot holds adds to the usefulness. I am a personal trainer was looking for a training tool for my students to use other than weights. all the resistance band not steel are junk. thought I would try the old fashioned steel bands. its not going to work for me. they tried to incorporate some good ideas. but the system doesn't work. don't waist your money. as a chest expander it might be ok but start with one spring.
