Ok, so first time you try it on make sure you have someone around to help you get out of it. Maybe watch some youtube videos of how to wear it. It takes some practice to take it off, you might want to think of attaching a bit of a rope to the handle if you are less mobile in your upper body. Otherwise great product. Much better than other products of this type, mostly due to the amount of force it generates. Even if you're huge, strong dude you won't be able to slouch in this. Straps are too thick. I’m not a fat man. I’m actually in really good shape. The straps cut off circulation through the armpit area. Or if you buy it big enough it doesn’t cut off circulation, then it doesn’t pull your shoulders back far enough. This might work for some but I think it’s just a crappy design. Honestly I wanted to like this product, but the sizing and fit is very complicated as how it should fit? Ordered a size Large according to product sizing info. but not sure how it should feel/fit. Watched YT video reviews also to make an educated decision. Couldn’t find much about how it should fit and felt uncomfortable under the arm-put area. Seems like a little tweak on design and this would be a go to for shoulder-rehab, until then I will have to pass for now. Read more

If you are looking to help your posture and give your muscles some help creating proper posture muscle memory, this will do it. Make sure you buy the appropriate size.
