Was easy to add to Smartthings and works perfect. Solid connection with hub, did not have to reset at all after initial setup. Reports power usage correctly. Seems durable and does what other brands at half the cost. Easy install as it uses clamp type screws although only one set of terminals. Looks great blends right in. Read more

Fantastic, especially for the price! Can't figure out why it is so much cheaper than other equivalent Z-Wave outlets, but I'm definitely not complaining. These work great, connected easily to our Z-Wave network through Home Assistant, and also have power monitoring! I've already installed 3 and I'm sure I'll buy more. Read more

I was happy with how easy this outlet was to install and connect to my Ring system using the “Works with Ring (Z-Wave)” option. The setup was seamless, and it integrated right away without any issues. The price point is also very reasonable compared to other Z-Wave smart outlets with similar features. I highly recommend this outlet to anyone looking for reliable Z-Wave integration. One tip: if you want the outlet to automatically turn back on after a power outage, consider pairing it with a hub like Hubitat. It should be easy to setup a rule to restore the power to it after an outage. Read more

I have a lot of Z-Wave outlets (Leviton, GE/Enbrighton, Jasco, etc). I think these are the best ones to date. 1) Pairing - the QR code is not only on the device, but also a nice sticker on the front. After you pair the device, take it off and put it on the back of the outlet plate. Read the review of someone having trouble, guessing it's a smart thing issue. 0 problems with home assistant. All the others I usually have to factory reset 1-3 times, not this one. 2) They have energy monitoring for only 20 bucks, most other outlets charge a premium for that feature. 3) Build quality was spectacular. 4) Configurability - for the reviews talking about power state. These receptacles are actually configurable. For power-loss recovery you can set it to: Always on, Always off, or Previous state. Don't need a hub necessarily, just need your controller to expose the configuration value ([103-112-0-3] State After Power Failure) 4.5) You can also configure the LED behavior which OMG none of the other expose that. Overall this is an amazing outlet, would highly recommend. Wish they had a black option though. Read more

Working great with Home Assistant. This is my first S2 Zwave plus device. Had to give it the pin off the QR code when pairing it. Found no problem, interviewed correctly, love being able to control the LED indicator, and the built in wattage/consumption meter. VERY nice device, will see how long it holds up. Replaced a ZooZ outlet that didn't last 4 years with minimal use (Christmas tree lights only). So far very impressed, and will be adding these into other areas I want to monitor power consumption. Love the S2 security. Read more

This model works just like the other z-wave plugs, but at a fraction of the price! Easy to pair to Home Assistant, and no issues afterward. Read more

Will not learn to wave no matter what I do. It adds it twice as a generic device or it goes to “something went wrong”. On Smart Things. Don’t waste your money Read more
