I have used this almost every night and it has helped me tremendously with my balance and stability. All I had to do was remove it from the box and plastic and it was ready to use. It is light weight, not extremely firm, and large enough for me to stand on with both feet. I highly recommend for at home training and rehab. Read more

The foam is high quality for the price tag but I have noticed that the durability of the outer layer isn’t great. There haven’t been any breaks in the material yet but the creases and indentations aren’t fully coming out. It’s perfect for therapy patients and working on balance. Read more
