I've had these for a year now and they'll still functioning perfectly. Look great, no leaks, no issues. No limescale build up and easy to clean. I bought 2 of these to replace some of those old Pfisters from the 80s that make bathrooms look like they are from outdated hotels. I had no issues installing both the sink and the drain. Infact, they simplified the plumbing underneath significantly. Before there were a bunch of adaptors for the old setup. Now it's all pretty simple and efficient and will be easy for the next person to replace when/if needed. The deck plate is pretty thin, so you can't screw down the faucet too tightly when using that or you'll get a little indentation in the plate. Oh well. Deck plates suck, but this is a bandaid til we do a full remodel, just have to get those awful faucets out until then. Read more
I liked the look and feel of the handle. Price was right and the supply lines were long and well made. I didn't install the pop up drain yet. Don't forget to remove the aerator when turning faucet back on. Also if your shut off valves are old or stuck open, replace those too while you are under the sink! Read more
We loved this product. Looked great, easy to install, easy to clean, drain was a little tricky to get sealed but this was the first product I had tried on my own. I I noticed right away that the kids pulled up to full blast every time they turned on the faucet then turned it down. It lasted about 6 months before the spout came loose, i was able to retighten but within 2 months the entire assembly was loose from the sink, the attachment was bent so I replaced with a different design. This item has a very efficient aerator. This will save a lot of money in wasted water and when you include the drain (made very easy for clean up!!!!) it makes it a no brainer solution for upgrading your bathroom vanity. The construction is solid and the look is great. The flexible hoses are not detachable or at least I was not able to detach, but are plenty long to accommodate almost any scenario. The polished chrome comes with its high requirement for maintenance (keeping clean and spotless) but I found this one to be a bit less prone to fingerprints in comparison with other units I have purchased in the past.
