A high-quality and easy to use product. I have used it with various cheeses, citrus and nutmeg. No issues with any of them. The grates stay sharp and reasonably easy to clean. It grate's very quickly and appropriately sized for zesting, it will be a little on the finer end for cheese, but it has not been a problem. Read more
This is a very good zester. Sturdy stainless blade, sharp with a solid handle. This should not break any time soon. Comes with a plastic protective cover and cleaning brush for the blade. I first tried to slide the cover off but found it lifted off and on better. Also slide the cleaning brush in the blade for storage then put the cover on. Works like a charm. There are no instructions but I think this design is intentional. Helps avoid loosing the cleaning brush. My wife has been making lemon curd and needs approx 2 tsp of lemon zest. This does the job. Also the end of the blade has a rubber protector so you can rest it on the counter for zesting if you like. Saw this in the video. Very happy with this product. Read more

I finally bought myself a zester that I have wanted for a long time. I used other gadgets but I wasn't getting what I wanted. Since I've never used one like this, I am finding practice makes perfect. The blades are quite sharp and it took a little time to use it with ease as in the beginning the lemon kept catching. I'm a rookie with some new toys. It does remove quite a good amount of zest which I was pleased with. It is a good product. I like that after I am done that it comes with a cleaning brush and a sheath which adds protection when in the drawer because as I said it is rather sharp. Read more
