I use this grater all the time now. What a great little product! I threw my old one out the minute I tried this one. So easy to use. Perfect for grating hard cheeses...and so much more. Hand wash because of wood handle...but cleans up nicely. Has a little cover to use over the grates so you don't scratch yourself when grabbing it out of the drawer. Great value too. Read more

Love this gadget. Once I found out about all the stuff that's in pre-graded or pre-shredded cheese, I only buy authentic parmasean cheese and this is the best grater. I do have one that has a crank arm, I have a food processor, etc. but this is awesome for really fine shredded cheese, particularly if you just need a bit like for topping a beautiful bowl of pasta. It cleans easy enough, I always hand wash so it stays sharp as when it came. Highly recommend! Read more
This was especially nice and sharp. Less stress to grate items. Due to wooden handle, I do not wash this in the dishwasher, but it is very easy to clean. Rub on wrong side with soapy cloth first, then wipe in reverse of grater on the grating side. Rinse well and let dry. Read more
