Recently my oven has been failing to get to the chosen temperature. I would turn it on and it wasn’t hot at all so I bought this thermometer to confirm accuracy. This thermometer does the job. I now rely on it to tell me the real temperature of the oven. It’s is easy to install. I simply hang it on the oven rack and squeeze the hook a bit to ensure that it stays secure. Good operation except, sturdy, it tends to fall off rack if you attach it by the top hook. Or if you try to set it on a wire rack, it slides off/between the rack wires. Read more
