Maybe I'll use it for making holes in leather
Smaller then I expected. The two small stages 3mm & 4mm are kinda dumb to put on this. Even beginners will need at least a 5mm. In fact the point on this makes me a bit nervous to use. They should have added a few more to the bigger end. Used once, Don't see me using it again. Maybe I'll use it for making holes in leather. Don't wast you money. Read more

Not completely safe
This little beast is intended as a urethral dilator. It's solid stainless steel and gradually steps up in size from 3mm all the way to 1cm in 11mm steps to really stretch your hole. The size is laser etched into the steel so you always know where you are. However, this is in fact my main complaint! Those laser etched numbers aren't completely smooth, so can result in scratches in the urethra which feels as bad as it sounds. Additionally, those markings can harbor bacteria making this toy extremely difficult to sterilize without using an autoclave. While I really wanted to like this toy I don't think it's completely safe to use. Read more
