I recently started only wearing Stance socks for work. They are high in cotton content (usually 80% or more). They don't go so high up to constrict my calves (they stop below my calves). And they are thicker than dress socks (I hate thin socks). I also got the 3-pack of black ones to wear for business causal or with suits. Even though Stance socks are pricier, I figure it's best to invest in high-quality, comfortable socks, than to buy cheaper ones that wear out quickly or I just throw out because they are not comfortable (and they having to buy more again). In the end, buying these probably saves me money over the long run. Read more

These are obviously quality socks. The stitching and yarn are excellent. However, these size M socks strangled my calves. I am 5’ 4” and 139 lbs, I don’t think I have particularly fat calves. Read more
