The add implies this will fit all Stanley shopvacs between 1 and 5 gallons. Not so. It is described as fitting all STANLEY 1 to 5 gallon shop vacs. It does not fit on my 4 gallon Stanley. Not even very close. Not even if I trimmed it. Too long and too large diameter. And besides my vac needs a filter that's the same diameter top to bottom, and this thing is tapered.
