I bought this Stanley IceFlow Flip Straw 2.0 for my child to use at school, and it has been an excellent choice. It's cute, does not leak, adequately retains temperature. The entire top screws off- so it's easy to clean, easy to add ice. I only use it at home. Which includes propped up in bed reading or watching tv. This is when the straw flaw design is noticeable. Now, the straw does tightly snap shut and does not leak. And if I open the straw all the way it does not leak on sofa or bed. Here's the flaw: the tension won't keep it in fully open position if you drink from it, neither will it "snap" and stay on fully open. So if you are recumbent and the straw moves (which it does) your beverage will leak on you. Other than that it's perfect. And the green color is so saturated. Best water bottle I’ve had in a while. I was looking for a water bottle with a durable handle after my owala freesip broke. The handle on this is super durable. The straw in the bottle works better than other flip straw bottles I’ve used in the past as well. Water flows very easily. It keeps cold water cold for several hours- longer if you use ice. On its own it does not fit well in my car cup holder- I bought an extender that holds it upright in the car so it stays within reach. Read more
