Due to very detailed illustrations on the instruction manual, assembly was very easy. Using the allen wrench that came with a diferent office chair that has a T-handle (I wish every office chair comes with this tool) assembling was made so much faster. The chair was comfortable and the gas lift that's used to adjust the seat's height works fine. At this price and comfort, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, though I'd like to suggest that the manufacturer extend the seat's length about an inch further to make seating better because the lumbar support pushes you a bet towards the edge. Chair is for home office use. It has a little lumbar support which similar chairs did not. Very comfortable while working at desk. Easy to assemble with just the allen wrench that was provided. Read more

chair is already falling apart, also stuck in up high position, won't go up or down, stuck in high up...side arm rest is wabbly and yes it was put together right!!! it's really not even worth a 1 star... very sad... Read more
