I am a plus size woman, and very self-conscious about my appearance. I ordered this dress as soon as I saw it online. It looks as good on as it does in the picture. Two things though, it is slightly shorter on me than in the picture (maybe I have a bigger butt than the model) and the fabric is a different texture than how it appears. It looks like a jersey knit in the photo, but I believe it is a knit/ polyester blend. The good news is that it washes very well, does not wrinkle, and hangs on me the same way an expensive garment would. I really like this dress-- it's a classic silhouette, the neckline is just right, it flatteringly skims over all the junk in my trunk, and the length hits me at the sweet spot in the middle of my knees. (I'm 5'4", size 16/18, for reference, and I bought a 1X.) However, I can already tell after about a month of ownership, wearing it once a week or so as part of my teacher wardrobe, that it's not going to last long. The fabric is already starting to pill pretty badly (granted not so bad on the outside as it is on the inside), and I'm afraid the dress will look too worn to wear sometime in the near future. I machine wash on gentle, lay flat to dry, then tumble on low to fluff, but it doesn't seem to be able to stand up to even this pretty gentle (by my laundry standards) care. Read more
I love these dresses so much and own them in multiple colors. They fit perfectly and the arm holes aren't too big, which is so rare. True knee-length (I'm 5'3) which is rare, I usually find dresses shorter than I prefer or so long they look frumpy but these are perfect. They don't wrinkle and are great for travel. They wash well but do start to pill after a few washes which is disappointing. I wore them weekly all summer long though and they are still in good shape. The most comfortable work dress when paired with a cardigan. Please keep making these exactly the same! Read more

This dress fits perfectly, and is much nicer in person than I was expecting! The fabric is a blend of poly/rayon and it drapes beautifully. The crew neckline is modest enough so that this dress can be worn to the office, but the pleats and the beautiful shape of the dress make it very easy to dress up with a few accessories or one bold statement piece! I love this dress. I’m six feet tall and a size 22/24, so it’s hard to find dresses that are flattering and long enough, but this one fits all the boxes. It’s sleeveless so it’s nice and cool for the year-round Florida summer, it’s a bit stretchy so I don’t feel suffocated in it, and the length is perfect for me to feel attractive but not inappropriate.
