Disappointing bouquet — roses arrived damaged and greenery not fresh

I really wanted to love this bouquet, but it arrived looking far from fresh. Several of the red roses had dark bruised spots and torn petals right out of the box, as if they were already past their best. The greenery also wasn’t great — one of the pine branches came noticeably yellow, which made the whole arrangement look tired instead of festive. The overall idea of the bouquet is pretty, but the execution just wasn’t there. For the price, I expected fresher flowers and better quality. Read more
