Works as advertised! This steamer is a beast. It heats up super quickly and does a great job. High quality sturdy construction and easy to use. Loved that it came with a bunch of different accessories including silicone gloves (you're gonna want to protect your hands from the high powered steam). The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use. This is my first experience with a steamer and it was so easy. Fill with water, push the button, turn the dial... aim the wand and have fun. It starts working so fast. And it has plenty of hose and plug in cord. I bought it to try out on my bee frames to get into the corners and edges that my power washer doesn't quite get into. This thing works great. And it looked beautiful... and the stream spray is pretty strong. It knocked the debris off pretty quick. My advice is to make sure you don't have anything close to where you are working... bits of wax are all over the tool. I'll have to figure out a cleaning station with an area to protect it better. I have used this product a couple of times and find it very helpful when cleaning windows, stove tops and countertops. Can' wait until spring to use it on outdoor stuff. It is quick to heat up, easy to clean and the water reservoir last for lots of cleaning. Does a great job for the price. Read more

Steams well. Tended to dribble a bit of water in the process, but at least it made very hot powerful steam. We found 1 bedbug in our house, se we steamed all mattresses and box springs as a precautionary measure. This steamer did the job for a reasonable price. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Does not do it's job. The water gets warm enough to steam a bit, but does not get hot enough to clean anything. I used distilled water, followed directions on filling, turning it on, and use. I could quite literally put my hand in front of it without the steam ever feeling hot. It's a defective item. I bought 2 different steamers and loved this one. It puts out more steam than water. The other one leaked so much water and made a mess. This one came with a good size attachment that is perfect for steaming the stairs and couch. Great price and great product. Read more

Love that reservoir is large enough to be able to get things done compared to models of old. Cleans places you just cannot get to —fast! Use it all over house and car. No chemicals.
