The steam works pretty decent but two things it drips water so steaming clothing be aware it will get really damp and have to hang dry - no quick steam and run out the door. When it first turns on it spews out a good bit of water but after that it gets the job done. Hopefully its just a defect on my particular one but I'm too busy to deal with the return and reorder to see if that is the issue and my husband already threw the box away so I'm stuck with it lol only other issue is it keeps blowing my fuse box when i turn it on so i am now using it on an extension cord that will just shut the cord off.
