This is the best price for the size! I bought this specifically to get to those hard to reach places AND it's also great for your clothes. It is quite loud starting up but once it's warm it's noise level is about expected for it's size. I haven't had any water leakage problems. All the attachments comes in as small thin plastic zip lock. Update now that I've had it for over a month. This work amazingly. The only down side is, while using it inside your house. Its extremely loud. Enough that I've opted to buy eat plugs since my ears started ringing really badly after each use. Read more
The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was that it didn't have quite the pressure I was hoping for that I have seen with other steam cleaners. I was still mostly satisfied with the results of the cleaning job I bought it for, but was hoping for a little stronger pressure for other jobs I have in mind. Read more

The steam works pretty decent but two things it drips water so steaming clothing be aware it will get really damp and have to hang dry - no quick steam and run out the door. When it first turns on it spews out a good bit of water but after that it gets the job done. Hopefully its just a defect on my particular one but I'm too busy to deal with the return and reorder to see if that is the issue and my husband already threw the box away so I'm stuck with it lol only other issue is it keeps blowing my fuse box when i turn it on so i am now using it on an extension cord that will just shut the cord off. Another total piece of worthless junk delivered from Amazon that I now have to pay UPS to pick back up??? Why should I have to pay to get a defective item picked back up??? The tank drain port on the bottom has a hole in the middle of it that starts leaking water all over as soon as you start filling the tank.
