Great purchase!! One thing I’ll say is that it wasn’t clear upon purchasing that it has to be used with either distilled water or something purchased additionally. In one place it said tap water but then later said use distilled water only. I purchased separately the Steam & Go Demineralized Steam Mop Water and it worked great. I picked lavender and clean ocean scents which added an extra clean smell. The heat level worked as stated, just be sure to read the steam warnings! This worked well for what I needed though and was easy to assemble. Steamed floors and walls that had more dirt than I even realized and then hand washed the head. You can put it in the washer but I didn’t want to put that amount of dirt in the washer from the initial clean, but will on future cleanings. Overall easy to use and durable! Read more
