Broken before I even opened it. The squeegee attachment arrived broken in bag as soon as I opened the box. Basin contained condensation, so had been used and not fully dried before I even got it. Read more

Easy to use portable steamer that is great for the couch, to mattresses, to the car upholstery. Very versatile use and I love using it. The steam output is good and comparable to other brands. By far becoming my favorite household product to clean with as it is easy to maneuver around the house being non bulky. Read more
The amount of steam that comes out is very hard to control! Wear thick gloves when adjusting or else you WILL burn yourself! I wish I would have gotten a different one. Too late to return oh well. Read more
Basic facts: This (small) steam cleaner works basically as described in its listing - it has a bunch of varieties of attachments and, compared to non-steam-cleaners, it's kind of a miracle. I have a bathroom sink with some gross stuff that has dried onto it, and I've not gotten around to putting the kind of elbow work in needed to remove it for months. Wiping it down, even with bleach, is just not effective. The steam cleaner got the dried on crap off in about 30 seconds. For the price, it's a pretty handy little device. I've seen no evidence that it lacks in durability. Now, the reason I gave 3-stars (along with a few hazards to call out): * The instructions are totally unhelpful. If you are a "read the manual" type, you will likely have a rough time with this product. The assembly is fairly intuitive, but if you have questions the instructions will probably not help. * Because of the engineering of the attachments, there are multiple pieces which screw in to each other and there is no locking "attached" angle. What this means is it is super easy to overtighten, super each to have the attachment at an odd angle (or have difficulty getting the dang thing fully attached and at a normal angle). * The instructions appear to reference an o-ring which is transferrable between parts. As shown in the picture, this o-ring is really not designed to come out of the copper short-attachment. I would be very concerned about using the wand attachment because messing with the o-ring seems like a recipe for damaging it, and the entire product will fail if that little rubber o-ring fails. (Good luck finding a replacement. It is a serious indictment of the value proposition that there are no spare o-rings in the package.) * While the machine does produce steam after a few seconds, the amount of steam is not consistent. If we call the greatest force with which the steam comes out a 10 and warm water drizzling out of the tip a 1, over the course of 15 seconds it varies from 10 to 6 at least twice. I let it run on max setting without touching it to make sure it wasn't a "I'm pushing down with different amounts of force" issue. It is not. That said, the inconsistent level of steam doesn't stop it from doing the job. Overall, it does the thing it's supposed to do, it's pretty cheap, it's compact... I wouldn't be unhappy with the purchase because it does allow me to clean the things I want to clean with it, but don't set expectations unreasonably high. Read more

This unit was worth the price just to clean my stainless steel oven! And that wasn’t even the reason why I bought it. So I have a project planned to finally tackle my basement stairs, which requires the wood treads to be cleaned and finished and the risers painted. After it taking me well over an hour just to kinda clean TWO treads I gave up and looked for a better solution. Honestly, if I could have afforded to I would have ripped them out and replaced them they were that bad. Instead I decided to try this little steam cleaning unit. When I arrived I thought it best to test it out by the kitchen sink so I decided to clean my faucet with it. Years of gunk lifted off! So I turned to try my oven that was admittedly a mess. It looks new! And now I feel foolish for all the money spent on cleaning chemicals that never worked and all the time spent scrubbing. And when I tried it on my basement stairs I nearly cried. It literally took less than 2 minute to equal what it took over an hour to do a few days earlier. And they’re cleaner. MUCH cleaner. I’m thrilled because what seemed like an impossible project is now going to be so much easier. I’ve never owned a steam cleaner before so I cannot compare it with others. What I can say is that it’s a great size to make it light and portable yet with enough of a water tank to still tackle jobs but make refills easy. It comes with many different types of attachments, all of which will be useful. I can’t wait to do the sliding glass door with the window attachment! I will say that it’s likely you’ll need to have an extension cord since this doesn’t reach too far but that’s not unusual. The time this is saving me is well worth the cost. The cleaning chemicals I now won’t have to buy and use is also worth the cost. Bottom line? This thing is worth the cost. Read more
