Caution: do not fill all the way or else there will be some leakage - however if you fill appropriately, there are no issues with leaking. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the cord was longer. It's okay. I guess I was hoping for a miracle machine that I could just point at dirt and it would disappear. This is not that machine. I guess it's good for sanitizing but you've still got to scrub - it doesn't lift up the dirt as I expected and you're still on your hands and knees because the nozzle is pretty short. It's not totally useless but it's not very helpful either. The water capacity is small so you only get steam for a short time and you're pretty much tethered to the electrical outlet since the cord isn't very long. Just buy a scrub brush. Read more
