I like the product for its effectiveness and it is versatile with all the attachments. I bought another one on here but it leaked and didn't come with attachments. This products cleans floors very well and actually cleaned the grout too with the steam and slow passes. I had residue from years of using a mop and cleansers and it left an odor in my house. I started using the steam mop on all the hard surfaces and the odor improved by a lot and it just smells neutral and clean. It doesn't smell like bleach or any other chemical scents left behind. The flat floor pad cleaned counter back splash well. The steam and a dry cloth cleaned counter tops the best. It broke up the dirt that the wet paper towel left behind. The unit does not leak like the other one I bought by another brand name. It cleans the shower walls really well, the edge around the sink and the drain. I don't recommend using any tap water in the unit. Grab a Brita pitcher and fill the water resevoir so it doesn't ruin the unit with Calcium. I had a hand steamer from another brand that was ruined by calcium. Read more

I ABSOLUTELY love this thing! I haven’t used any of the other attachments yet but the ease of this thing is so great I threw my swiffer right into the trash. No water leakage so far. Steam quality is great. It’s so pretty and it’s easy for me to maneuver around being only 100lbs. I use it on laminate. The only thing you need to make sure is that you SWEEP and sweep twice before you use it especially if you have animals or it’s just going to clump up all the hair. The grime gets picks up so much faster with this thing then I just throw the rag into the wash and be done with it! Read more

After using this all in one steam mop for several months here are some things I noticed: 1. the cleaning cloth for the handheld attachment is super thin and will scratch up walls and cabinets. 2. when using the handheld steamer, if you try to use it upright the whole thing leaks and the water hose doesnt always stay in place to keep the steam going consistently. 3. The floor pads are easy to clean but you have to switch them out several times each cleaning because they fill up with dirt fast (Even after vacuuming). 4. it doesn't clean my floors as nicely as I had hoped, but it does provide a soft finish and sense of "Sanitization" after I use a regular mop so thats nice. 5. The cord is a decent length but I feel like it could have been a few feet longer so I have to unplug and move the cord several times to do my whole house and I don't have a very big house. Overall I think this is a nice little cleaner and it works for lightweight cleaning (especially in my oven and around my windows), but I wish the design and functionality were better. Read more
