The media could not be loaded. This product works like a charm! Don’t be fooled by its size. Before you use it, make sure to read the instructions. The water tank should only have water in it nothing else. It’s an excellent way to clean your home without any chemicals, which is perfect if you have kids or pets. The only downside is the smaller water container, but even with that, it still gets the job done. I just replaced my old, expensive steamer with this one, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Very flimsy plastic. The mopping head does not stay stationary, your unable to lock it into place. The attachment nozzles unlock when using and have to be reattached especially if scrubbing an area. The heat is good for steaming, but I don't believe I'd recommend this product. There are sturdier versions on the market. Read more
Nozzles detach while in use. It does clean well. Grout was very well cleaned. It removed staines in the bathroom. Could not keep the attachments on. The would unlock every few seconds. Made cleaning longer due to having to turn the steam off to replace the nozzles. Read more

Overall, this steam mop is a solid and effective cleaning tool, especially in our household where we prefer chemical-free cleaning, since my wife is allergic to a lot of that stuff. We’ve been using it mainly on tile floors and the shower, and the cleaning performance has been impressive. The unit heats up very quickly and is ready to go in well under 30 seconds, The steam output is strong enough to loosen dirt, grease, and everyday messes without much scrubbing and it is lightweight so you are not struggling with it. The two steam levels are useful depending on the job, and I like that it converts into a handheld steamer for more detailed cleaning tasks. The detachable water tank is convenient for refills, and the long power cord gives you decent reach. Where I have to ding it is the overall ergonomics and attachment system. There are a lot of accessories, which is great in theory, but a few of the connections don’t feel right or attached properly and while it still kinda works, the fit could be tighter, making it more effective. The water tank is also on the smaller side, so expect to refill if you're doing the whole bathroom. That said, the core performance is strong. It cleans well, heats fast, and the microfiber pads do a good job on floors. If you want an affordable multi-purpose steam cleaner and can live with a few minor design compromises, this is a very useful tool to have around the house. Read more
