Love this mop! It cleans my tile and vinyl plank floors and I love that I don’t have to use any chemicals. With the attachments I steam clean my screens, clean grout in the tiles, freshened upholstered furniture, steamed clothes and cleaned our windows. Construction and quality are acceptable for the price. Modularity of design is good: can be used with a long handle for floors from a standing position or a handheld like a paint brush. Some of the pushbuttons for attachments are hard to push to release the attachment, at least for me. The power cord is long which is both a blessing and a curse. Advertised steam temperature is 230F. I only get 200F but I'm at 4710 feet above MSL where saturation temperature is 208F measured using an instant read meat thermometer. It's not an ideal way to measure flowing steam so I don't fault the temperature performance. Sea level performance will yield hotter steam. It did a fairly good job cleaning a toaster oven glass door. Performance on dirty grout was so-so, but it would take a long time to do a moderately sized kitchen floor. The slower you go, the better it performed. It did a fairly good job removing stains in a bathroom sink basin. It should do okay on mold although I haven't tested that aspect yet. In short, satisfaction for me is akin to what my roller brush floor washer provides: some help, not perfect. Read more
I have had this steamer for a couple of months now. It has made cleaning so much easier. I use it for floors, the bathroom, kitchen, everywhere! I especially like how easy it is to convert it from floors to handheld to steam furniture and other surfaces. It also heat up and is ready to use in less than a minute! Love it! Read more
Great steamer! I love all of the attachments and the capabilities that this thing can do. Works great on furniture and on floors. I steamed the curtains as well. Worth the price. Not very loud, but you expect it to make some noise, it is a machine. The cord length is great. It puts out a great stream of steam. Read more
Putting the mop together was very easy, taking it apart impossible for me. I cannot seem to remove the water tank, even when depressing both release latches, which are very far apart. That may be part of the problem, since it stretches my handspan. Also tried the two-handed approach without success. Removing the extension handle is doable, but difficult, and I am still struggling with trying to disconnect the floor mop part so that it can be used for other things. So far no luck getting the button depressed far enough to release the mop. Very disappoint because I really wanted to be able to use this for multiple cleaning chores. That said, it does a very good job of steam cleaning my laminate floors, the mop pad is great. I just wish I could use all functions. I'll keep trying, but I'm starting to lose hope. Read more

Works absolutely perfect I love it!! Let's out the perfect amount of steam for the areas you want to clean. It was a pretty good value in comparison to other steamers that I've seen. I used it on the floors in my front room and I was very pleased with its cleaning capability. My 1-year-old accidentally tripped over it and it didn't break I would say it's very durable! But be cautious when it's hot it stays hot! Read more
