I did not expect to love this bag as much as I do. I thought it would look and feel a bit cheaper, and I was surprised when I found it to be pretty sturdy considering the price. I’ve been using it for work for several weeks now and it holds my laptop, notebooks, pens, wallet, keys, glasses case and tends to have extra room for other random items I need. This holds a lot of things but it depends on the size of the items you're putting in here. I couldn't fit any of my spiral notebooks into the second pocket, but a lot of stuff could fit in the first big pocket. I fit 3 spiral notebooks, 1 history book (which is literally GIANT by the way, it's like 9 pounds and it still fit) and my Chromebook for school. You can also put small items in the second pocket, like I put my mirror and other stuff in there. There's also another pouch in the first big pocket. This is really cute too as an Ita bag! I put a picture of my favorite anime characters in the heart and hot glued pearls on the edges. Not much space to display pins though, but I guess you could decorate the outside as well. A lot of my pins fell off though... Anyways this is so cute like I LOVE IT. Only problem is that there was a tear in the back after one week of use, not big but there's just a hole in the back now. I going to be using this bag for school and I'm in love with it! The heart pocket is super cute and I decorated it to my liking. I'm not sure how durable it is but I'll trust it to get me through the semester! I saw reviews and people were saying it was smaller so my expectations were for it to be smaller but it actually came bigger than I had imagined it to be after reading reviews but it's very roomy, and the straps are nice and comfortable to I do have to carry a lot of stuff so I'm not worried about how much it would fit but how much it can hold I'll try not to overdo it! I’ve had this for about three years, the straps if your rough with them or hold a lot of supplies will tear eventually at the seams since their thin, there isn’t a lot of room but can hold a good amount of small items and maybe a computer, it’s really cute, but the zipper does break easily inside of it. You can also attach charts and accessories. The heart is good for photos of anything or to simply hold a phone while walking if you have no pockets. Read more
