Definitely works by not bending it forward otherwise the water drips all over. I steamed my gown in about 10 mins, not sure if with the lighting you can see the difference. Pretty good price as well. I was only a little confused about the heating element inside, looked like a lump of rock that got so hot as soon as there wasn’t enough water that it was making lots of noise and was wondering if it’s supposed to be like that??
