Bought this to take care of a bird mite problem. Bird mites were coming in around window after the birds moved out of their nest. Following the directions on the bottle, sprayed the window, walls around the window, a glass nightstand, carpet, and a queen size mattress. Stripped the sheets and put directly in wash on hot, twice to be sure. After spraying, closed up room for about an hour. The smell is very strong when you first apply it, so do it fast and get out without breathing. After an hour, everything was dry and smell free. Did a second application the same way. Removed the empty nest outside while the second application dried. Slept in the bed that night bug free. This stuff worked great for bird mites. Much cheaper that an exterminator and much safer than a bunch of unknown chemicals. Read more

Fantastic for mold. It smells strongly of chemicals i would only use this in a open, well ventilated room. I wish it sprayed a bit better. It is a pretty narrow spray which I am not a huge fan off. It works fantastic for black mold, it took it off almost instantly. I'm unsure if it is safe around pets but I would not recommend it due to the strong chemical odor. The main thing to know about this product is that you are spraying a chemical around your home. Open the windows and let the area air out. It has an alcohol scent. Close to rubbing alcohol with other chemicals. Regardless of the reviews. Do your diligence & do not spray this around children or pets. Crack a window and let the area breathe while it is killing things it comes in contact with. I gave mine 15min and it was perfect. The spray pattern was prefect and covered a good surface amount.
