100 STARS ..this is absolutely the best table I have purchased from Amazon! 1. Came well packaged inside and out. The veneer on this table is beautiful! All the wood pieces and the screws/dowels etc are labeled perfectly. 2. Suggest you follow the directions to the letter and in order. This took 2 of us about 3 hrs working slowly and methodically. 3. The veneer is on both sides and ends. There were no missing pieces and basically 1 or 2 extra screws/dowels throughout. This is VERY STURDY...no flimsy pieces..1 heavy metal stabilizer across the middle for great support. The holes were all drilled perfectly. Lowering the under frame to the table was easier than I could believe..everything fit instantly and firmly. No trying to guess how it would fit. 4. The legs were easy to attach and the table does not rock or wobble. 5. Honestly for the pprice and quality I'm blown away. This is a whole new level of a company that has designed a piece of furniture to last and to really look beautiful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TABLE FOR ANYONE NEEDING A TABLE. Our family (with young children) loves this table. It gets daily use and so far still looks good after over a month of use. For a budget large table, we are actually impressed. I was amazed at how much I was able to purchase this for on sale, under $200, compared to $400 - $700 + options that I considered. It comes in several pieces but once assembled, it's quite sturdy and doesn't wobble. Keep in mind that it being shipped in many pieces makes it less cumbersome than receiving one massive solid table at your door. I added to it inexpensive, narrow black metal and wood farmhouse chairs (you can find many iterations of these on Amazon) to make seating for 8. Larger chairs will allow for less seating, perhaps 6 comfortably. Bonus is that the narrow seats encourage you to keep your weight in check. We tried a vinyl table cloth and clear vinyl cover also, in an effort to protect the table top, but found the table cloth moved around too much and the clear vinyl cover to be too smudgy and messy looking. We continue to just use the table as is and that means frequent gentle cleaning and use by our children. This has been such an improvement to our living space. This table offers great value for a very reasonable price. When assembling it, be prepared to dedicate some time—it's not as simple as the description suggests. I found that it took me over two hours to put together, rather than the advertised 20 minutes, because it comes with numerous small pieces and screws. It's definitely a one-person job, and you don’t need any power tools; a manual screwdriver will do the trick. On the plus side, the table is quite heavy and sturdy, and its appearance is surprisingly upscale for the cost. I have plans to use it outdoors in the future, so I’m curious to see how it holds up against the elements. The color is a lovely dark oak, giving off rustic barn vibes that I really appreciate. However, there are a few minor drawbacks to note. I did notice some scratches on the surface; however, I managed to fix them using a wood marker. Given the price, I didn’t think it was worth the hassle of requesting a return or replacement pieces. I recently purchased the Kitchen Dining Room Table for my apartment, and it has been a great addition to my home. Pros: - Spacious, perfect for a big family (seats 6-8) - Durable and scratch-resistant - Elegant design that fits well in a farmhouse-style home I had some delivery issues, and the table was damaged upon arrival. However, the seller was very accommodating and quickly sent me a replacement. The table is heavy, and assembly requires flipping the table upside down. While the instructions were easy to follow, I highly recommend having a second person to help with the flipping process, as it was quite challenging to do on my own. Despite the delivery issue, the table has held up well over the past couple of months.
