Got this for my kitchen. As an extra sitting area at our table. Hair grease, ketchup, and coffee have spilled and got into it. I used a damp clothe with a dab of peroxide and water to dilute on the clothe. It wiped clean very easily. It fits perfect in the small space I have. Looks really cute. It’s not necessarily a solid piece so if you have dogs or children who tend to be rough I’d say not the best option. My kids are kinda rough but so far I’ve been able to keep them off. It was time consuming but easy to put together-- well organized parts and decent directions. However, there's little padding-- similar to a wood bench with a wood back rest. The seller/designer intends to add more cushioning after customer feedback (mine included). Seller was willing to grant a discount or send an improved product. I opted to separately purchase two outdoor tufted patio swing cushions from Amazon which fit well-- one for the back, one for the seat but they do shift. I don't have a lot of room so do not wish to assemble a second loveseat. I do not regret ordering the piece since I like the dimensions and it is attractive. It seats two adults or three kids with minimal wiggle room. The patio cushions I purchased separately serve another purpose of keeping the loveseat clean. I love the bright color and looks of the velvet/velveteen but it's not the most durable material for furniture. However, the piece serves my purpose at an affordable price. The front two legs required modification to install. The drilling of the bolt holes in the legs is of poor quality (misaligned/not drilled straight). I had to bore out the holes with a larger drill bit. Once assembled, the piece looks fine and is comfortable but not plush. It comes with felt pads to apply to the legs but it is very light, you'll want rubber foot pads if using on hard floors. Although wide enough, I would be cautious of putting two heavy adults in this seat at the same time, i.e. two people that each weigh 250lbs or more. It may be possible to install some additional bracing to increase confidence in its weight bearing capacity. Read more
