Good metal quality and easy to put together. Seems sturdy enough to hold more than shoes. It does not wobble at all. The adjustable feet are helpful if needed although I did not. it was easier to use a little common sense than use the directions, though. A couple of the bags were missing letters and the directions referred to letters. Directions were on a small sheet with a front and back and referred to the letters of the pieces, then you had to flip over which was a bit silly. I have tiny closets and measured before I ordered, so the shelf fit perfect for my extra shoe storage and allows me to get the shoes at the bottom with less trouble than when stacked up the wall. I got the 4 tier which was the perfect height for my closet, and I could stack a couple shoe boxes on top of the other or store them on the sides. I like the grated shelves to allow air flow and less dust collection. Read more

When I received my shelf I thought this was going to be complicated. When I poured the contents out of the box it looked like it had a thousand different parts. I was wrong, it wasn't complicated at all and that's saying something considering I'm an old (legally blind) man with memory problems. The instructions even kept me on track. "A" pole is first, screw the feet adjustments into the bottom, put the "B" pole on top of the "A" pole and insert the screws through them to fasten onto the shelves etc., the shelves have holes on the ends to set the screws that go through the poles. It felt flimsy when I was putting it together but when I finished tightening the screws, it was pretty solid. They also put a wall fastener with this shelf but I didn't use it, I just unscrewed the outer two foot adjustments to have it lean a little against the wall and it's golden. The material is aluminum so in my opinion it's heads and tails above the plastic shelves. It did take a little time to put together but that's because of my limitations not the seller's. I'm sure my grandchildren could put it together in a couple of minutes. It's sturdy and I highly recommend this product. It's definitely worth the price. Read more
