I gave this a 5 Star Rating mainly for the construction of the bag appearing to be strongly made. What I decided to do for my needs was to put in a drawstring to assist the closure of the bag. The design is nice and maybe because its "NEW" there is a lot of stiffness in the material, but I stitched around small openings that I created on the interior of the top of the bag and fed through a thin black polyester rope. While it does draw closed its not a quick task, but I'm sure it will be when the bag becomes broken in. The pockets will come in handy for excess small items but probably won't be used that often. I bought the bag mostly to put my grocery bags inside. I can put about 3 or 4 grocery bags of items inside to make them easier to carry, preferably heavier bags of grocery (i.e.: milk, can goods, large cereal boxes, etc.) because of the sturdiness of the bottom of the bag and the webbing and the strength of the straps. I haven't used the bag yet to test the waterproof feature but it appears that the material of the bottom of the bag is waterproof. I purchased this bag for the beach and it has preformed great there. Easy to clean the sand out and very durable. There is a lot of space in the main area - it holds so much!! We have also used it as a quick overnight bag in a pinch and it worked perfectly for that as well! Read more

I love this bag!!! It’s breathable, practically bottomless, and is perfect for swim lessons / pool time.
