I could not believe these strawberries. I wasn't expecting much because it is December. These strawberries were fantastic. They were ALL red, ripe, without bruises, nasty smells or any other grossness. They smell like ripe berries. I would like to continue buying these but my concern is that when Amazon delivers any food item, they just sit it on the porch and leave. I would like them to at least knock on the door and then go. It wouldn't take them any longer and deliveries of delicate items wouldn't freeze before taking them inside. These strawberries are too good to waste and the price is beyond belief for berries of this quality. Kroger wishes they had these berries and you know, their price would be much higher. ADDITION: We ate these strawberries tonite and these were wonderful. What a treat to have fresh, ripe strawberries at this time of the year. These berries were so much better than we ever got at Kroger's. I hope Amazon is able to keep these in stock. I'll buy them as long as they're available. Read more

Ordering fresh food from Amazon is a no brainer for me. I do it all the time when I don’t have the time to shop in the store. The food is always fresh and you receive it in great condition and there’s never any bruises and the health benefits of these strawberries are great! I love the taste of them they arrive sweet and ready to wash and pop into your mouth. I’m just sorry I didn’t get a chance to take a picture before I ate them all up!! The strawberries were shipped in an insulated paper bag with a frozen bottle of water to keep them cool. They were very fresh and had an excellent flavor considering the season. Highly recommend. Read more
