Such a cute lunch box and surprisingly fits A LOT. I have put two soda cans, two packs of chips, two large glass containers, and a few cookies in the lunch box and there is still space. Not to mention the front pocket which can be used for your utensils or some granola bars. Super good quality too. The lunch bag has a quilted exterior and the interior is similar to the insulation you would find wrapped around your frozen food items when it is delivered from Amazon Fresh. It is larger than I expected, even though I laid out the measurements before choosing it. I can place a large salad., two bottles of tea, a can of juice, a sandwich, and apple, and a bag of chips and still have room to spare! As long as my tea bottles are partially frozen when I put them in the bag, everything stays chilled for the day. Otherwise, everything will simply be cool. I do not have any freezer bags, but if I did, I would easily say my food would stay refrigerator cold all day.
