Great for workouts
My spine doctor suggested I get a weighted vest to help with my osteopenia. It's great that this vest can be arranged to have a versatile amount of weight depending on what you are doing. It is comfortable and allows me to workout while wearing the vest with little to no interference. It makes you sweat just by wearing it! Read more
Smell and fit issues
Not sure yet. The smell of rubber tires is overwhelming. You can taste it almost. The fit does not adjust under a women's medium to large. If you are on the thin side,it wiggles and bounces against your stomach area, causing nausea. If you don't mind the smell and you are on the larger side, it's just fine. It comes with 6 one pound pouches, and the vest by itself is four pounds. Read more
Weight resistance workout
Better work out on my stationary bike with weighted vest and higher number for resistance to get heart rate going. Less time on bike and my muscles have to work. Feels good. Recommend higher. The weights slide in and out easily in the vest to adjust for you. Read more

I was wary of buying this vest. I thought it might be too heavy. The design allows you to add weights as you work your way up to the pound of the weights. It's large enough for you to adjust the fit.
