The support and cooling properties make these very comfortable. They stay in place and don't ride up or fall down easily. The flex in front sac support region work well and keeps the soldiers cool while on deployment (if yoy catch my drift). They have laundered well and don't retain any odor. Now for the best part: I have been dealing with a varicocele on my left side for about 3 years now and after using these for a few weeks I'm having less swelling and pain. They are a but pricy but for how I have felt with them they are worth the money, especially since I was considering surgery to fix the varicocele. Now I'm not entertaining that. Read more

The listing says that “Ultra-breathable crotch mesh keeps your ball cool & ventilated. Pushes your crotch forward and away from your hot body. Separates the scrotum and penis to maximize cooling.” They call it "Boxer Style" but it is more like a tight brief style, it is pretty much adhered to the thighs with no loose space for air to circulate between the thighs and the brief. I have examined it and these are my conclusions for 3 different situations: The Stud Brief is just like any other brief when you wear them under pants because the pants push the scrotum and penis bags back against the body and the thighs. This brief has no frame or anything to resist the pants pressure, so it cannot keep the scrotum separated from the body. Once the scrotum is pressed against the body and the thighs, the brief’s fabric doesn’t let air circulate around the testes. The “Ultra-breathable crotch mesh” holes are so small that air can’t really go through them in sufficient quantity to cool the scrotum. So, when you are wearing pants, your testicles are better off if you wear loose boxers, or even better if you use no underwear and go commando because then there is some air circulating around them. If you live in a place where you can go bare from the waist down, like you live alone, then your testicles would probably be better off if you wore nothing. However, if you thighs are very wide and your testicles are always trapped between them, then this brief might (I am not sure) be able to separate them a bit and let them be a bit cooler. If you live in a place where you cannot go bare from the waist down but can go around in boxers or in loose shorts with boxers beneath, then these choices would keep your testes cooler than the stud brief. This is just my personal opinion. I may have missed something. Read more

If you're selling fertility underwear, you can't make it out of plastic. This is a shame. Read more

I love STUD briefs! I usually wear STUD briefs and I bought STUD boxer briefs this time. The fabric is soft and comfy to wear. The mesh is a little bit see-through but LITERARY, these briefs work well to reduce the heat and the pain in my varicocele. I am 170cm and usually wear XS underwear. Actually, my doctor recommended this product in the first place to me so it is definitely worth trying for all men with varicocele! The estimated shipping was Nov 29 but I received this one week faster. I am so satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend everyone to try this on! Read more
