Love, love, love this shampoo and condition in one. I have coarse hair and well water (a bad combination). I’ve spent so much trying to find a quality shampoo and conditioner to make my hair softer and more manageable. I needed a conditioner but all that I tried weighed my hair down. So when I first started using this my hair was like crazy soft, and it was super hydrated. After using it for a while my hair is a lot less soft and doesn't look or feel nearly as hydrated. It has gotten colder and dryer so it could be that a bit, but it was doing it 2 weeks after I started using it before the weather had changed. Still it works better than a lot of other options, and it has a pleasant smell. I'd say 4 stars is reasonable since it does seem to dry your hair out a bit after a while. Read more
