This product works well when it works, suction cup is good, it attached to car wind-shield with out any problem. But the problem is with the sticky part. When it is new it sticks pretty well so well that my back my LG L70 phone came off. I have to remove it with lot of force. But when the sticky part gets dirty phone keep falling down for road bumps. I think this is a good product overall, if all you want to do is mount a cell phone or MP3 player somewhere in sight. The sticky pad that holds the phone is very sticky, and it holds the device very well without any effort. In fact, it takes a little effort to get the phone off when you are leaving the car. The sticky pad will attract dust--as someone else mentioned, keep the small plastic disk that comes in the packaging, and put it on after taking off the phone. If it gets too dirty, though, you can rinse it with plain water, let it dry, and it will be sticky again. The sticky pad also leaves no residue on the phone at all, and the rotation works well in many directions. The one bad part is the suction cup. I can get it to stick on a window on my car, but it only stays on for a couple of weeks before falling off, sometimes while I'm driving. I really wish they had just used the sticky pad on both parts of the mount, because suction cups tend to get stretched out in the heat, then stop working when it gets cold again. Read more
A product must be truly awful to compel me to write my first Amazon review in like 5+ years. This dashmount is absolutely worthless. Suction cup won't attach anywhere on my car, not on the dash, not on the console, not on the windshield, that's right, not even GLASS. I tried 4 different surfaces, different plastics and different glass and its like trying to make butter stick on a hot summer day. I have a $0.50 towel hook from Target with a suction cup that attaches to my vanity mirror that actually works, if that can stick somewhere why can't this flimsy piece of crap?? Even if I only paid $5 for it because it was on sale there is absolutely no excuse for this product. BUYER BEWARE! Read more
Very cheap construction, worth about $5 maximum. The sticky part gets dirty so save the plastic cover and replace every time it's not in use. The suction cup is quite weak and will not hold to an inverted surface. Read more

This write up is on one of there products, URGE basic speaker. Bought speaker, had issues with different phones connecting with Bluetooth. Contacted Co. And was given RMA. I paided almost $20 in return postage and couple weeks later, got unit back, and still not working. Basically they returned unit in same state. I contacted cust. Service again asking why they would return it with same issue and after about 3 weeks and several emails, they said they would send me a new unit in the mail. That was almost 2months ago. I've email 3 times in the last two months and they just ignore them. Find a company that backs it's products. Read more
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S4 with CASE and it holds the phone very well. I shake the car mount several times and the phone still holding it up! I have been looking for a very long time for a very stylish, small and for an actual mount that works. I definitely will recommend others to buy it.
