So, this year has been tough with nasal congestion (allergies). Finally started using one of the powered nasal saline machines but had concerns about keeping it good and clean so no problems with infections. Decided due to my nature on things to go with these ready to use sprays. Have tried a lot (A&H, Neil-med, Sudafed and others). The Sudafed it up there with the other two i think are very good. There is less in the can then some but with the aloe it seems to work well. If i was you i would read up on the best ways to use it, i thought they always "worked" but i have found there are some tweaks that help them work better. Do read the label, it is important to aim the spray as it can irritate a bit if you aren't spraying it in correctly. And be careful with added ingredients, the beyond the saline and water, the aloe seems to be good, but ones with other ingredients can burn more. I like the quality and effectiveness of this. Ok so this is the best one I've tried. And I came back to it. I was short cash and bought a manual squeeze one, my nose is still burned and raw inside. 3 months later. For my bday a friend got Me a 2 pack of another I had on my list. It was good at first but the part that makes it mist began drowning me with a stream. The 2nd one did the same. And it has 5 star review. Idk how. One day I just got tired of waking up choking on to thick sucretions stuck. And I heard in my mind the 100 docs say use saline. Well I bought some. And omg it works. I use several times a day. I can't do the rinse way due to 3 bad surgeries and now a broken nose that won't heal. I'd rather buy 2 of these or put them on subscription then the others. Also I'm actually allergic to water (Aquagenic Urticaria) so I shouldn't be using this. But it's the ONLY thing that helps.. I'm careful with it dripping anywhere. The mist is so smoothe. 10/10 it works so well. And the nozzle that goes in your nostril isn't to long. Post ops I have very short areanto spray tho it looks like I had king kings nostrils. They touch side to septum inside. Just under $7 can't beat that. I think this will be my new go-to saline spray. I have Sjogren's Disease, which causes me to suffer from dry nasal passages. Some saline sprays I've used in the past have burned upon application. When using this one, I only feel relief and moisture. It seems to last longer than others too. My new favorite! The one thing I can't comment on is the sprayer on the bottle - I usually just dispense this product into a smaller nasal spray bottle that I carry in my purse. Read more

As the video shows it doesn't actually keep the cap on. This bottle is fresh out of the Amazon box no other unboxing. Quality: 2 out of 5 just based on packaging and need to clean before use.
